Hello, I am Trang! I was born in Vietnam, in a small town named Quang Ngal. Having a large close family we often have big gatherings with many hand made foods. It was due to these gatherings and food preparations, that I acquired a love for cooking. I always strived to make something more delicious than before!! Seeing and hearing how much someone loved my cooking has always gave me a great sense of pride and happiness! Although cooking was my happiness, there are many difficult challenges in Vietnam that prevented me from being able to work in the food industry there. I finished out my time at the university and worked as a service manager at a equipment supply company. But in my heart, I always wanted to have a small restaurant someday. In 2024, I was fortunate enough to come to the United States and take a chance at living out my dream and passion of cooking and sharing the delicious taste of Vietnam with others! At Trang’s kitchen, we strive to make every meal the best it can be to keep you coming back again and again!
